The Creekview High School Band, Chorus and Drama departments will be traveling to Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge, TN, November 30-December 3, 2023, to participate in the Festival of Lights Parade (Band) and Dollywood Holiday Concert Series (Chorus/Drama). Members of both band and chorus can participate in both performances. Drama students will be participating in the chorus performance. This trip is available to all members of the programs and parents who wish to chaperone (no siblings). If you wish to chaperone the trip make sure to reach out to Mr. McCarthy, Mr. Martin, or Ms. Hylton, so they are aware before you register as we will need to keep a close count on the number of adults. Be aware there are a limited number of chaperone spots, and those rooms are based on double occupancy, no exceptions. Any adults chaperoning the trip must have a 2023-2024 CCSD Volunteer Form on file with the school, which will include a background check. Please reach out and a form will be provided for you. Current CCSD employees do not need this form. All financial transactions will happen directly with The Travel Store, who is handling all details for the trip. You may purchase cancellation insurance at the time of registration. Due to the popularity of this destination, especially at this time of the year, hotel space is limited so we will be using two hotels. The quality standard is equal at both properties.
