Marching Band The Marching Grizzlies is our most visible ensemble. This group performs a competitive marching show each fall, competing between 2-3 times per season. The group also performs at all varsity football games and several parades throughout the year.

 


   

Wind Ensemble is an auditioned ensemble made up of students in grades 9-12. This ensemble is considered the most advanced instrumental group on campus. Wind Ensemble performs at least five concerts during the school year, including Fall, Christmas, LGPE, and Spring. Invitational conference performances are also a part of this group’s performing schedule. Music difficulty level is advanced.

 

 

Symphonic Band is an auditioned ensemble made up of students in grades 9-12. This ensemble performs at least five concerts per school year, including Fall, Christmas, LGPE, and Spring. Music difficulty levels range from intermediate to advanced.

 

 

Concert Band is an auditioned ensemble made up of students in grades 9-12. This ensemble performs at least five concerts per school year, including Fall, Christmas, LGPE, and Spring. Music difficulty level is intermediate.

 


 

Percussion Ensemble is made up of students from grades 9-12. This ensemble provides percussionists the opportunity to study in depth all facets of percussion. Fundamentals are stressed and concerts are performed several times throughout the year.

 


 

Fall Guard makes up the visual ensemble for the Marching Grizzlies.

 

 

Winter Guard program is made up of two visual ensembles; Varsity and JV. Both ensembles compete in the SAPA cicuit (Southern Association of Performance Arts). The Varsity Guard also competes in WGI regionals, power regionals, and the world championship event.
